Kelye began her real estate career with Keller Williams in 2001, nabbing the coveted “Rookie of the Year” award. While Kelye has years of experience in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, her primary focus is residential. She is a true professional and a go getter. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from the The University of Oklahoma coupled with several years in the telecom industry.

Kelye is a devote member of her local church. She is a member of the Worship Team and has recently joined a trio singing group. Kelye is the founding member and director of the Joyful Noise Choir with ladies from her local Bible study group in East Texas.

Kelye is married to David Carter, they are avid dog lovers with three of their own. They are a supporter of East Lake Pet Orphanage and Dallas DogRRR - Rescue.Rehab.Reform.

What's the most inspiring part of your job?

I love helping people with one of the biggest decisions they will make in their lifetime. It inspires me to see how hard buyers and sellers will work to make their dreams come true and I get to be a part of it! What an honor and a privilege it is to be a part of the process.

Favorite activity when I’m not selling houses?

Soaking in God’s country at our lake house with my husband and our 4 dogs! Singing on the worship team every Sunday! It is an activity I look forward to every week. And spending time with my mother, she is 80 years old and just precious to me.
